Faisal Al-Harbi

Faisal Al-Harbi is a Saudi professional specialising in hotel management and tourism, with more than twelve years of experience in luxury hotels in Saudi Arabia. He has held leadership positions in five-star establishments in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar, leading multicultural teams and projects focused on operational excellence, profitability and guest satisfaction.

He has a solid international education. He holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Surrey and a Master’s in International Hotel and Tourism Management from Florida International University, specialising in leadership, business strategy and hotel management.

Throughout his career he has worked with major international chains, overseeing operations, VIP guest relations, training programmes, hotel openings and the implementation of quality standards. He also has experience in managing large-scale budgets and in developing strategies geared towards sustainable growth.

He is fluent in Arabic, English, French and Spanish, and stands out for blending traditional Saudi hospitality with international best practice in the tourism and hotel sector.
