The proposal stands out for its immediate operational nature. These are not initiatives in the design phase, but rather available training solutions that allow different stakeholders within the tourism ecosystem to integrate without delay. This accessibility reinforces the central objective of the agreement: to accelerate the professionalization of the sector through internationally oriented educational tools.
Active Global Training for Individuals and Educational Institutions
For individual professionals, it is now possible to access undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral programs designed to enhance skills, update knowledge, and expand career opportunities within the tourism sector. These initiatives offer content aligned with global trends, flexible methodologies, and certifications that add value in a highly competitive market. Enrollment is open, enabling participants from any region of the world to join. More information about this training proposal can be found in the FGU Training Programs for Individuals: In the following link: click here.
At the same time, educational institutions—including continuing education centers, business schools, and universities—have access to active certification and academic endorsement programs. These solutions strengthen their academic offerings by integrating international standards, thereby enhancing the quality and recognition of their programs. Participation in these schemes is already possible, opening the door to academic partnerships and expanded educational reach. Additional details are available through the CEL Certification and Academic Endorsement program, or click here.
Furthermore, universities and technological institutions can now join dual degree (Global Degree) programs that are part of the agreement. These initiatives enable the development of joint degrees and shared academic structures, facilitating the internationalization of participating institutions. The current availability of these programs represents a strategic opportunity for entities seeking to position themselves in a globalized educational environment. More information can be found in the Global Degree Program, or click here.
Executive Programs and Global Networks for the Tourism Sector
The scope of the alliance also extends to the corporate and institutional sphere. Companies, industry associations, governments, and professional groups can access intensive international mobility executive programs that are already in operation or can be tailored to the specific needs of a company or organization. These training experiences are designed to address specific challenges within the tourism sector, offering collaborative learning environments, real case analysis, and the development of applicable solutions. Their practical nature and immediate availability make them a key tool for strategic decision-making. More information is available through the Academic Executive Week (SEA) program, or click here.
The simultaneous activation of all these programs reflects a comprehensive and coordinated approach by the Tourism and Society Think Tank and Florida Global University. This structure allows for the simultaneous engagement of diverse profiles, ranging from students and professionals to academic institutions and organizations within the tourism sector.
Additionally, these programs respond to an urgent need within the industry: the availability of talent prepared to address challenges such as sustainability, digitalization, and international competitiveness. Education is no longer a long-term option but becomes a strategic tool for immediate application.
The use of digital methodologies and flexible formats facilitates participation without geographical barriers, making these programs globally accessible. This feature significantly expands the initiative’s impact and fosters the creation of an international learning community centered on tourism.
The alliance also reinforces the role of education as a driver of transformation. By offering programs that are already operational, it shortens the gap between planning and action, allowing acquired knowledge to be quickly translated into improvements within the sector. This pragmatic approach is particularly relevant in a context of rapid change.
In conclusion, the agreement between the Tourism and Society Think Tank and Florida Global University materializes in a global educational offering that is already available and ready for implementation. The possibility of immediate participation makes this initiative a concrete opportunity for all stakeholders in the tourism sector seeking to adapt, innovate, and lead in an increasingly demanding and competitive environment.
